We will discuss your concerns and symptoms. Some common symptoms of anxiety are: nervousness, constant worry, headaches that are not explained, chest feeling tight, difficulty breathing, avoiding situations. Some common symptoms of OCD are: thoughts or images you have extreme difficulty pushing away, intense urges to do specific actions.
